1. PLAN

We offer a variety of home designs to accommodate our customers’ various budgets and needs. Please choose from our extensive range of home designs, or we can custom design a floor plan to meet your needs.

2. ESTIMATE

One of our sales representatives will provide you with a detailed house estimate based on the plan you have chosen.

3. INITIAL DEPOSIT

To begin your custom plan, we will require a non-refundable $3000 deposit towards your initial floor plans, with three revisions. Please keep in mind that additional revisions will cost an additional $500 each.

4. WORKING DRAWINGS

You will have one revision at this stage to make any necessary internal changes to your full set of working drawings. Once you have received the final floor plan, please sign it and return it to your sales representative. Please keep in mind that no further changes are permitted after this point.

5. COLOUR SELECTION

We have a dedicated team member who can assist you with colour selection. Alternatively, you can make your selection online. You will have ten business days to complete your colour selection. After you submit the final document, our team will review the section pertaining to your floor plan, and the additional upgrade cost will be added to your total contract amount. Please keep in mind that if a product is out of stock, we reserve the right to replace it. The developer must approve the external selection.

6. CONTRACT SIGNING

Sign your formal building contract and pay the remaining 5% down payment.

7. CONSTRUCTION STAGE

The average completion time for a single-story house is 16 to 20 weeks. The average completion time for a two-story house is 30-40 weeks. Payment stages – Base stage 10%, Frame 15%, Lockup 35%, Fixing 25%, and Balance 10%.

8. PRE HANDOVER INSPECTION

We will schedule a pre-handover inspection with our supervisor prior to the final touch-ups. To schedule a site visit during the construction stage, please email us at [email protected].

9. FINAL HANDOVER

We deliver your brand-new home along with all keys, an occupancy certificate, and all other necessary documents and manuals.

10. MAINTENANCE AND AFTERCARE

We will conduct a maintenance visit after three months to address any maintenance issues. All of our homes come with a 3 months maintenance warranty and a 10 years structural warranty.
